Pietro Fiorentini S.p.a is looking for a Technical Planner to join our Service Division, at our headquarters in Arcugnano (VI).

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning of our technicians' activities with the prospect of taking on responsibilities in operational coordination.

Main activities:

• Planning technicians' interventions in compliance with contractual terms;
• Managing the material necessary for interventions and related warehouse movements;
• Completing and updating WFM (Work Force Management);
• Managing customer relationships and providing operational support for field activities;
• Reporting on interventions for the finalization of activities.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Management Engineering;
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and flexibility;
• Strong customer orientation and aptitude for resource coordination.
