Job description
Role : Physiotherapy TL – Homecare & Clinic, Gurgaon Location : Gurgaon Department : Homecare Medanta Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of homecare and clinic physiotherapy services Plan and Mange rosters, shifts, leave planning, and replacements Ensure optimal therapist utilization and service continuity Handle patient, therapist, and doctor escalations Coordinate with OCC, billing, sales, and operations teams Meet, coordinate, and act as the key liaison with hospital doctors and clinicians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Provide guidance and support to physiotherapists on clinical matters, treatment plans, and patient care Ensure compliance with Medanta's policies, procedures, and standards for homecare and clinic services Develop and maintain relationships with hospital departments, including orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, and other relevant specialties Collaborate with the Homecare & Clinic team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and service delivery metrics Identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement in physiotherapy services and develop corrective actions as necessary
