Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join a well-respected neurological therapy clinic in Clayton. Support clients of all ages who are living with cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, brain injuries and other complex presentations. This hands-on therapy role is ideal for a clinician with strong clinical reasoning, confidence with complex cases, and a genuine passion for client-centred care. You’ll be part of a warm, tight-knit, and highly collaborative team that values integrity, communication, and supporting one another.

- Manage a diverse neurological caseload (paediatrics to adults)
- Complete assessments, dynamic splint/compression garment prescriptions, fittings, and reviews
- Liaise with clinic coordinators to organise client sessions and clinic flow
- Provide clear communication, education, and support to clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Participate in internal training, supervision, and collaborative problem-solving
- Contribute positively to a culture built on trust, teamwork, and focusing a on positive client experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapist
- Minimum 5 years experience (neurological background essential)
- Experience working with a mixed caseload of children and adults
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently liaise with diverse clients and clinicians
- Car and valid driver’s licence required
- AHPRA registration
- Full working rights in Australia
