Location : Noida Job Objective: To plan, supervise & deliver highest standard of physiotherapy services to patients. Maximizes a patient's functional independence through thorough assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and treatment evaluation & communicate assessment and treatment outcomes with the interdisciplinary team through documentation and team meetings. Job Responsibilities: 1) Continuum of Care Ascertain appropriate information regarding the present problem Assess the patient's physical condition and identify any potential risks or complications. Develop a comprehensive plan to address these issues and ensure the patient receives the best possible care. 2) Patient Assessment Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including their range of motion, strength, flexibility, and overall functional ability. Identify areas where patients may need additional support or therapy. 3) Treatment Planning Create individualized treatment plans that take into account patients' unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Develop strategies to help patients achieve their desired outcomes and improve their overall quality of life. 4) Treatment Implementation Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions designed to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve function. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. 5) Treatment Evaluation Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make adjustments as necessary to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Communicate with patients and their families about treatment outcomes and any changes to treatment plans. 6) Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and treatment outcomes. Use this information to track patients' progress and identify areas for improvement. 7) Team Meetings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to share information, coordinate care, and make decisions about patients' treatment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.
