Location : Noida Job Objective: To plan, supervise & deliver highest standard of physiotherapy services to patients. Maximizes a patient's functional independence through thorough assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and treatment evaluation & communicate assessment and treatment outcomes with the interdisciplinary team through documentation and team meetings. Job Responsibilities: 1) Continuum of Care Ascertain appropriate information regarding the present problem Assess the patient, i.e. medical history, current problems, and physical exam, to establish a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care. Develop a comprehensive treatment plan in consultation with the patient, their family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, incorporating patient goals into the plan of care. Identify and implement appropriate physiotherapy interventions that meet the patient's goals and needs. Evaluate the patient's response to interventions and modify the plan of care as needed. Evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan by measuring outcomes, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment as needed. 2) Communication Communicate the plan of care, treatment, and progress to the patient, family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient assessments, treatment, and progress. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program. Participate in team meetings and communicate patient information and progress. 3) Professional Development and Practice Maintain current knowledge of best practices in physiotherapy. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Adhere to all relevant ethical and legal standards of practice. Adhere to safety guidelines and policies. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Physiotherapy. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy. Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong clinical skills.
