Position: Physiotherapist – Aged Care (Full-Time) Location: Singleton, NSW Salary Range: $39–$42 per hour super (award basis) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 billable hours/week Benefits: $500 CPD allowance per year (for full-time) Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years preferred; new graduates are welcome if passionate about aged care Role Overview: We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Singleton, NSW. This full-time position involves providing physiotherapy services to aged-care residents in both residential and community settings. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and functional abilities. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals. * Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other modalities. * Educate residents, families, and caregivers on mobility, safety, and injury prevention. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all assessments, treatments, and progress. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. * Participate in team meetings and professional development activities. * Adhere to all relevant professional and ethical guidelines. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. * Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). * Experience working with older adults is preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A positive attitude and a passion for providing high-quality care. * Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
