About the Role
Based in a brand-new, purpose-built multidisciplinary centre in Hamilton, home to sports doctors, orthopaedic surgeons and a leading Radiology team, you'll step into a role where every day brings something new.
No two days are alike. You'll engage with a diverse mix of clients and manage a broad portfolio of rehabilitation programmes, from early intervention and pain management to post-operative care, ICP and spine-specific rehabilitation.
You'll work with a wide range of acute musculoskeletal injuries while contributing to exciting ACC and private contracts. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll make a real impact on clients' lives, supporting their rehabilitation across both community and private settings.

Your Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and practice advanced levels of practice in assessing and treating patients
- Ensure all contract clinical reports and referrer letters are completed within contracted timeframes.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, family doctors, case managers and co-ordinators and allied health professionals.
- Provide support, supervision and training to new graduates and students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Engagement in team meetings, quality audits and case discussions
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above qualification
- Minimum of two years' clinical experience in New Zealand
- Genuine interest and previous experience in MSK and Sports Physiotherapy
- Current NZ practicing certificate, professional membership and indemnity insurance
- Experience with ACC contracts is advantageous
- Current full clean driver's licence
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
