Elevate Health is a premium allied health clinic with over 10 years of experience, built on high clinical standards, collaboration, and genuine care for our patients. We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, working alongside Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors, Sports Chiropractors, and Remedial Massage Therapists. The Role Treat primarily musculoskeletal injuries. Caseload includes private health, SIRA / WorkCover, and chronic management plans. Perform treatments that are evidence-based, patient-centered, and tailored to individual needs. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and rehabilitation techniques. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and research.
