Physiotherapist - Community/MSK - south west Sydney

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a growing team in Elderslie, NSW.

Work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team with a diverse caseload spanning musculoskeletal (MSK), NDIS, pre-employment medicals, and community clients.

This is a foundational growth role, giving you the chance to make an impact from the very start within a well-established clinic featuring a full rehab gym and strong community ties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide musculoskeletal and community-based physiotherapy services
• Deliver rehabilitation programs within the on-site gym
• Conduct functional assessments and write evidence-based reports
• Provide NDIS services and assistive technology assessments
• Support workplace health programs including pre-employment and injury prevention services
• Build and maintain relationships to grow your caseload in the local community

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (essential)
• Full AHPRA registration (essential)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Previous MSK or community rehabilitation experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
• Eligible to work permanently in Australia
