About the Role: We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join their community aged care team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to elderly clients within their own homes, promoting independence, well-being, and an improved quality of life. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in their homes to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to optimize physical function, mobility, and independence. * Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and clinical supervision. * Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies and procedures. * Travel within the Sunshine Coast region to visit clients in their homes. Skills & Experience: * Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification. * Full registration with AHPRA. * Experience working with elderly clients and/or in a community setting is preferred. * Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge in geriatric physiotherapy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
