About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic physiotherapist for a community aged care role in Grafton NSW. This role is set within a community aged care setting. You will be supported by a team of experienced Physiotherapists and work amongst a multi-disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting falls reviews and falls prevention management Pain management therapies and care plans Exercise prescription, gym and hydrotherapy classes Manual handling staff training Report writing
