Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as HR departments, occupational physicians, and employee representatives. Networking with external partners, such as healthcare providers, sports clubs, and social organizations. Continuous evaluation and optimization of the effectiveness of the measures implemented. Reporting to the management and providing recommendations for further development.
