As a Physics Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support. Your main tasks will be to: • Prepare and deliver personalized lesson plans for each student, taking into account their strengths, weaknesses, and learning objectives. • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions, providing individualized support and guidance to students. • Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust lesson plans accordingly. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. • Communicate with parents and students regarding student progress and any concerns. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. • Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a private setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
