Physician – Corporate Clinic provides medical care and support at corporate Clinics and as such directly assists the Operations Manager - Medical Services in handling day-to-day operations. B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance) • Providing primary outpatient care, basic emergency medical care on the site to stabilize the patient, limited diagnostic testing. • Administer first aid and treat minor illnesses independently. • Assist Operations Manager - Medical Services with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, managing patient records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results.
