As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established treatment plans and protocols. Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
