Job Description: The Physical Education - Teacher Facilitator (Girls Program) is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team of educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. As a facilitator, you will work closely with teachers and students to design and deliver engaging physical education lessons that promote girls' empowerment, confidence, and self-esteem. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver high-quality physical education lessons that cater to the needs of girls in grades K-12. * Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans that integrate physical education with other subjects, such as health, wellness, and character development. * Facilitate small group interactions and activities that promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in physical education and girls' empowerment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Health Education, or related field. * 2+ years of experience teaching physical education or a related field. * Strong understanding of girls' empowerment principles and strategies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and pedagogies.
