Zones of intervention: - Milano (Zones 1 and 7) - Corsichese District: Corsico, Buccinasco, Assago, Cesano Boscone, Trezzano Sul Naviglio, Cusago - Rhodense District: Settimo Milanese, Cornaredo, Pregnana Milanese, Vanzago, Pogliano Milanese, Lainate, Arese, Pero, Rho - District of the city of Milan: various areas. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Medicine and Surgery, specialization in Physiatry, and experience in home care services. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Knowledge of the territory and familiarity with the healthcare system are also required. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing medical assistance to patients in their homes, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
