About the Client Our client is one of the leaders in the tourism services market in Poland, developing modern technological solutions for travel planning and booking for years. The company creates advanced digital platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users, focusing on innovation, high software quality, and product development that meets customer needs. Work Model Service provision takes place remotely. This will facilitate your project implementation: * Over 5 years of commercial experience in project implementation using PHP 7.x/8.x. * Fluent knowledge of PHP frameworks (multi-framework environment: Symfony, Laravel, Slim). * Minimum 3–4 years of commercial experience with at least one of them and practical knowledge of the others, and the ability to switch between them freely. * Practical experience in designing and creating REST APIs. * Experience in writing automated tests using PHPUnit (unit and integration tests). * Knowledge of Linux command line (basic level required). * Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL – schema design, query optimization, indexing, transactions. * NoSQL technologies / caching mechanisms (Redis, Elasticsearch) – practical knowledge. * Knowledge of Git / GitHub (pull requests, code reviews), Docker, Kubernetes. * Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns. * Ability to make sound architectural decisions. * Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level. Nice to have: * Practical experience with Elasticsearch. * Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kibana, or Grafana. * Experience in creating and supporting CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of an additional programming language (Go, JS/TS). * Knowledge of SEO issues in the context of e-commerce. Your contribution to the project: * Supporting the team lead in designing service architecture and broader technical solutions, in close cooperation regarding planning and setting work schedules (roadmaps). * Consulting with the area architect to ensure the proposed solutions comply with the overall system architecture and applicable standards. * Ensuring code quality, active participation in code reviews. * Choosing solutions that meet real business and technical needs while avoiding over-engineering. * Designing and maintaining REST API interfaces and integrations based on events (event-driven) or queues within services. * Ensuring code quality and reliability through unit and integration tests (PHPUnit).
