As a PHP Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Role Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom modules and extensions for VTiger CRM.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather and analyze requirements.
Design, implement, and test new features and functionalities in VTiger CRM.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through optimization techniques.
Integrate third-party APIs and services for enhanced functionality.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing applications to resolve issues.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient PHP code according to best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Collaborate with designers to ensure effective UI/UX implementation.
Maintain documentation for software functionality and updates.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our solutions.
Work with databases and ensure data consistency and integrity.
Assist in training junior developers on VTiger CRM functionalities.
Provide support during the deployment and maintenance stages of projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a PHP Developer, specifically with VTiger CRM.
Strong understanding of PHP frameworks and best practices.
Experience with MySQL database management and optimization.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience using version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in client-facing roles and handling technical support.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
