The Role

As a PHP Developer, you'll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a dealer-facing portal built on AWS and Laravel. Your work will be a blend of hands-on backend development, API integration, and client-focused technical problem-solving.

• Building, enhancing and securing backed functionality in PHP/Laravel within AWS environments.
• Creating and maintaining API integrations from external clients & partners; Supporting clients as they test and develop their own solution using our APIs.
• Working closely with BAs, developers and other departments to deliver enhancements, customisations, unit testing, documentation and platform security.
• Supporting internal knowledge transfer related to existing AWS-hosted platform and the data warehouse.

Your Profile

• Experience in a commercial, API focused backend developer role within a commercial setting using PHP, Laravel, AWS & APIs.
• Strong documentation, testing, security, implementation and integration skills; Excellent written, spoken and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in a consultative, client-facing/supporting role.
• Ability to translate technical and gathered requirements into practical solutions.
