Photonics Process Senior Engineer

Our client is looking for a Technical Expert in Photonics Process to scale advanced fabrication methods in silicon photonics. Key Responsibilities Oversee development of new process solutions and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues Establish and develop fabrication techniques for photonic integrated circuit platform with silicon photonics through advanced packaging methods Develop designs for passive and active devices for hybrid silicon photonics systems Identify underlying causes of problems and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality product delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes into production lines Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance and training to team members on new process solutions and best practices Develop and maintain documentation of process improvements and lessons learned.
