Job Description: The ideal candidate will capture the essence of our projects, highlighting their unique features and appeal. This role involves taking high-quality photos of our listings to be used in our marketing materials and online platforms.

Tasks include:

• Document construction sites through photography and produce engaging short promotional videos that vividly capture the dynamic evolution of our properties.
• Enhance photographic materials with post-production editing and retouching, emphasizing the unique attributes and standout features of each construction project.
• Enrich our social media platforms with our high-quality, captivating photographs to convey the essence and allure of our properties.
• Capture key photographic content during property handovers, highlighting the distinctive design elements and living spaces that distinguish our homes.
• Curate and maintain an organized archive of photographic materials to support our marketing initiatives and preserve a comprehensive visual record of our projects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure that our visual content is strategically aligned and meets the specific photography requirements of our company as directed.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated professional photography experience, with a specialization in real estate photography preferred.
• Proficient in using photography equipment, lighting setups, and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• A keen eye for capturing compelling property images with a focus on composition and detail.
• Effective organizational capabilities to maintain a photo library and manage tasks.
