Phone Sales Consultant OAM

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for promoting and selling loans and financial products to private individuals for a leading company in the financing sector. In particular, your responsibilities will be:

• Identify customer needs and propose suitable financial solutions;
• Manage a database of contacts and update customer information;
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company;
• Provide detailed information on loan products and respond to customer questions;
• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any issues.

Skill and Professionalism: The person we are looking for has excellent communication and relational skills, sales and negotiation abilities, and possesses the following requirements:

• Knowledge of financial products and loan services;
• Able to work independently or in a team, managing time effectively and achieving goals;
• OAM certification or willingness to obtain it;
• Prior OIVASS certification preferred;
• Prior experience in a sales role or call center preferred.

Benefits: We offer a part-time collaboration contract (CO.CO.CO) starting in July. If you are not yet in possession of the OAM certification, we will think about enrolling you for the evaluation test and registration on the portal.

Additional Information:

• Workplace: Lecce (LE), with possibility of Smart Working after an initial period of accompaniment;
• Working hours: Part-time from Monday to Friday 9:30-19:30 and Saturday 10:00-19:00.
