Pharmaceutical Development, Formulation Development, Tech Transfer & GMP

For an established Swiss pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to develop further in the field of pharmaceutical development and tech transfer.

The position is particularly suitable for pharmacists who have already gained initial experience in industrial drug development, manufacturing, or in a GMP environment and now want to work closer to product development and production.

Your Tasks

• Collaboration in the development and optimization of pharmaceutical products and formulations
• Planning and execution of development experiments and feasibility studies
• Accompanying new products from the development stage to transfer into manufacturing
• Support with tech transfer activities, pilot and test batches
• Creation and processing of GMP-relevant development and production documentation
• Participation in process optimization, validations, changes, and CAPAs
• Practical involvement in development experiments in a pharmaceutical production environment
• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and quality control

Your Profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, ideally with a qualification as a Pharmacist; alternatively, a comparable scientific degree

• Initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, for example in:

  • Pharmaceutical Development
  • Formulation Development
  • Tech Transfer
  • Manufacturing / Production Support
  • CMC or a comparable GMP environment

• Interest in accompanying pharmaceutical products not only theoretically but also practically up to manufacturing

• Structured and independent way of working

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Very good German skills and good English skills
