Our customer has been bringing new products and technologies to the world for over 125 years in the fields of nutrition, diagnosis, medical devices, and generic pharmaceuticals.

We are looking for

• SUCCESSFUL DISCUSSION OF A HIGHLY INNOVATIVE DIABETES CARE PORTFOLIO
• CARE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND WIN NEW CUSTOMERS FOR OUR PRODUCTS THROUGH ROUTINE CUSTOMER VISITS ACCORDING TO THE TARGET OBJECTIVES (DAYS OUTSIDE, VISIT FREQUENCY ETC.)
• PREPAREDNESS AND SUPPORT FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW PRODUCTS/TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ASSIGNED REGION
• SUPPORT FOR AN EFFECTIVE, REGIONAL KEY OPINION LEADER (KOL) MANAGEMENT
• DEVELOPMENT OF MEASURES (TOGETHER WITH THE SUPERVISOR) TO WIN AND RETAIN IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS
• CONDUCTING PRODUCT TRAINING SESSIONS IN THE REGION
• DAILY REPORTING THROUGH THE CRM SYSTEM AS WELL AS TIMELY AND ACCURATE EXECUTION OF ALL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS ACCORDING TO THE AREA'S OR SUPERVISOR'S GUIDELINES (TEAM TELEPHONE CONFERENCES, E-MAIL COMMUNICATION ETC.)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• You have a natural sciences degree or are a pharmacist according to § 75 AMG
• SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE OUTSIDE SALES OF A MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY/PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY COMPLETES YOUR PROFILE
• Ideal first sales experience in the diabetes care market, or knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions
• HIGH SELLING COMPETENCE
• CORPORATE AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
• FLEXIBILITY AND ADVANCED LISTENING SKILLS
• FLUENT IN GERMAN AS WELL AS GOOD ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE
