Job Description Pharmacy Technician Tutor Location: Auckland CBD Full-time | Permanent | NZMA Auckland Central About the role: As a Pharmacy Technician Tutor, you will be part of our team delivering the Pharmacy Technician programme. In this role, you will pass on the knowledge you have gained through your extensive pharmacy experience with an emphasis on community pharmacy and an understanding of the skill set required of a Pharmacy Technician. Your knowledge base will also include anatomy and physiology, as well as an understanding of the New Zealand context. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, including lesson planning, assessment, and feedback. You will work closely with other tutors and programme leaders to ensure that student outcomes are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, preferably with experience working in community pharmacy. A qualification in pharmacy or a related field would be an advantage. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
