Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Manager to be based at our Headquarters in Thane. This role will be responsible for: • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and sales, • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability, • Providing exceptional patient care and support, • Managing a team of pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field, • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, regulations, and industry trends, • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
