Pharmacy Administrator

About the role
This newly created position is designed to keep the pharmacy team focused on dispensing by placing you as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. As a Pharmacy Administrator, you'll bring your Level 4 Pharmacy Technician expertise to manage high-volume phone and email queries, along with in-person support for click and collect customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
• Own and manage customer order and payment systems (Shopify, Windcave, AfterPay, ZIP and EFTPOS)
• Assist clients with click and collect orders
• Provide technically accurate advice and information
• Support the pharmacy team with administration, documentation and communication
• Prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and maintain a smooth workflow
• Assist with office management tasks (ordering supplies, coordinating repairs and reception upkeep)

Skills and experience

• Level 4 Pharmacy Technician qualification (essential)
• Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal
• Previous administration and/or customer service experience
• Strong technology capability
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms and order management systems is preferred
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Confidential and trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information with integrity
