Candidate ideal

- Graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy;

- Certificate of Member of the Romanian Pharmacists' College;

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation in force;

- Experience of at least 1 year on a similar position is a criterion for elimination;

- Very good organizational and control skills, communication skills;

- Disciplined, operational, resistant to stress person;

- Knowledge of PC operation;

Job description

- Organizes and conducts the activity and personnel in the pharmaceutical warehouse;

- Coordinates the activity of the warehouse regarding: receipt, storage, preparation of products for delivery, expedition, and transportation to customers, ensuring product traceability and activities;

- Ensures compliance with good practice rules, distribution, and product traceability for each product;

- Keeps all documents, information, and transaction records necessary for ensuring product traceability and distribution until the end of the product delivery process;

- Implements, enforces standard operating procedures and work instructions;

- Performs quality assurance activities in the field of pharmaceutical storage and handling (medicines, medical devices, nutritional supplements, psychoactive products).

- Responds to authorities for professional line controls and good performance of warehouse activity

- Implements logistical processes and proposes improvement methods;

- Coordinates and performs prompt operations of product withdrawals;

- Takes decisions regarding the final destination of returned, rejected, or recalled products;

- Approves returns in stockable commercial inventory;

- Represents the local department of quality assurance
