Job Specification:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist looking to take on a leadership position in a modern, high-tech laboratory setting. While compounding is central to the service, your role will extend well beyond the bench. You'll be guiding and mentoring a highly skilled team, including pharmacists and dispensary technicians, while also working closely with prescribers to deliver innovative, tailored healthcare solutions for both humans and animals.
You'll be part of a collaborative and well-resourced environment, with two other pharmacists and at least two dispensary technicians rostered on every shift. This setup allows you to focus on clinical leadership, service development, and innovation.
- Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
- Strong experience in a compounding or clinical leadership environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with a professional team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with Z Dispense and a medium script trade environment
- Competitive hourly rate from $55-$60/hr, negotiable based on experience
- Consistent support from skilled pharmacists, technicians, and shop staff
- No methadone or CPOP services, freeing you to focus on clinical care
- Modern premises and equipment, with strong backing for professional development
