How do you want to contribute to pharmaceutical excellence within a clinic as a hospital pharmacist (F/H)? You will be responsible for supervising pharmaceutical activities within a clinic, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. - Proactive and secure management of medication stocks, including controlled substances, in compliance with current regulations - Rigorous validation of medical prescriptions in collaboration with the medical team to ensure treatment optimization - Coordination and supervision of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical preparations intended for patient administration - Counseling and ongoing training of healthcare professionals on rational medication use and good pharmaceutical practices - Active participation in medical committees and contribution to the evaluation of the medication policy within the establishment

Here are the details of the offer for this position: - Contract: CDI - Salary: 70 euros/hour

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in medication management and treatment validation within a clinic. - Mastery of secure management and distribution of controlled substances - Proven competence in validating protocols and medical treatments - First-hand experience in a hospital setting required - State Doctor of Pharmacy diploma required - Excellent organizational, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
