This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist ready to take the next step into leadership. As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional customer care is consistently delivered. This role remains hands-on, involving dispensing, delivering professional services, offering health advice, and maintaining clinical documentation.

You'll be supported by another pharmacist and a strong team including a dispensary coordinator, retail coordinator, and two pharmacy assistants. The pharmacy operates on Fred software.While you'll generally work weekdays, there is a requirement to work one in every four Saturdays, paid at 150% of your regular rate.

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  
  
• Proven leadership or senior pharmacy experience in Australian community pharmacy

• Comfortable using Fred dispensing software
  
  

• Hourly rate between $58 and $64 depending on experience
