Client & Location Information:

Located in the vibrant regional city of Ballarat in Victoria's Central Highlands, this community pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to take the reins on an 18-month parental leave contract. Job Specification:

As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's daily operations and leading a small team to deliver top-tier customer service and health care. You'll be dispensing, counselling, checking nursing home medication packs, and providing professional services in a forward pharmacy model.

This is a sole pharmacist role supported by a full-time Pharmacy Assistant and a Dispensary Technician.

You'll be expected to manage store performance, ensuring alignment with key objectives and budgets, while also driving customer loyalty through excellent service delivery.

This is a fixed-term contract role (18 months) to cover parental leave, with the potential for ongoing work at another site post-contract.

Skills Required:

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• 3 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
• Confidence in sole pharmacist responsibilities
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver health services and engage in forward pharmacy
• Experience with Fred computer system advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $55-$60/hr (depending on experience)
• Relocation assistance up to $2,500 available
• 5-day sole pharmacist allowance paid
• Monday to Friday hours (9:00am - 5:30pm) - enjoy your weekends free
