Job Specification

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll take the lead in driving the pharmacy's success - both clinically and operationally.

Your role will include:

• Leading and supporting a talented pharmacy team.
• Delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication management.
• Overseeing daily operations including stock control, budgets, and KPIs.
• Fostering a positive, team-first culture where everyone thrives.
• Building meaningful connections with your patients and the wider community.

You'll be backed by a multi-pharmacist roster, experienced techs, and dedicated pharmacy assistants - giving you the support you need to focus on leadership and patient care.

Skills & Experience

• General AHPRA registration.
• 2-3+ years' community pharmacy experience in Australia.
• A strong grasp of 8CPA programs and QCPP compliance.
• Confident leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• A team-focused mindset with a passion for community pharmacy.

Salary & Benefits

• $60-$65/hr + weekend penalties

• Full-time 38 hours/week (flexible roster within the team)
