As Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, medication management and patient consultations. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will manage budgets, drive KPIs, and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.This pharmacy operates with a strong support network. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years' community pharmacy experience in Australia; Strong knowledge of 8CPA services and QCPP compliance; confident leadership and communication skills; ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and team development.

• $60-$65 per hour (weekday rates) plus weekend penalty rates
  
• Relocation allowance
• Full-time roster (38 hours/week) - flexible scheduling within team
