Key Responsibilities
- Provide care across a wide range of services including aged care, community pharmacy, private hospital and drug and alcohol services
- HMRs and case conferences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain a balanced work schedule suited to your lifestyle
What You'll Need
- Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus and patient-centred mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to cover evenings or weekends if required
