Hospital Pharmacist Manager (F/H) for a Full-Time or Part-Time Position (Based in Vannes)

Our client is a MCO clinic located in the Vannes sector, which is looking for a hospital pharmacist manager F/H as soon as possible for a full-time or part-time position.

Full-time or part-time position available as soon as possible The pharmacist must be able to ensure the daily running of the internal pharmacy: - Daily Medications - DMS (analysis of prescriptions, information on medications and DMS, validation of supplier orders and management of stock shortages, occasional assistance to the preparation team…) - Daily in the URCC (validation of prescriptions, assistance to the management of production, release of pockets, information to the healthcare teams) - Reference of medications and DMS - DMI circuit - Development of the HAD - Clinical research activities - Preparation for certification Software used: sigems, emed, anthadine, chimio, optim sté Activities: chimio URCC, sterilization, block, HAD Team: 4 pharmacists; 1 reference and 10 preparers; 1 responsible and 16 sterilization agents; 2 warehousemen; 1 secretary; ensures the management of medications, DMS, URCC DMI, and sterilization. Working hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm with a 1-in-4 weekend on-call - Advantages: QVCT and TMS procedures, self, inter-enterprise crèche, Group Handicap agreement for employees with a disability, internal events, location + legal obligations CSE, company mutual, participation, PPV, transportation premium, 50% reimbursement of public transportation

You are versatile, dynamic, with a team spirit and management qualities. - Excellent organizational sense and professional rigor - Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team - State Doctor of Pharmacy diploma required and eligibility to the Order of H - Proven competence in managing pharmaceutical stocks - Excellent communication and counseling skills for medical teams
