Hospital Pharmacist Manager (F/H) (Based in Aix-en-Provence)

The Clinic has a total capacity of 180 beds and places in Complete Hospitalization and Hospitalization (Onco-Hematology, Palliative Care, Medical and Polyvalent Rehabilitation Care)
Full-time position from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
As a hospital pharmacist within a healthcare establishment for post-acute care and rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in optimizing medication treatments for patients. Your missions:
- Manage the procurement of medications, inventory, storage, and management of health products
- Manage the delivery of individualized daily treatments and medication administration
- Ensure the traceability of medications and medical devices
- Ensure the security of the medication circuit through quality, safety of care, and risk management
- Ensure vigilance: pharmacovigilance, material vigilance
- Ensure and coordinate medical equipment maintenance
- Manage and animate the pharmacy preparation team
- Manage, follow up, and optimize the pharmacy budget
- Participate in pharmacovigilance, material vigilance, and other sanitary vigilances, and ensure a legal and regulatory watch on fields related to your domain: pharmacology, quality assurance, biology, epidemiology, PUI management, sanitary vigilance...
- Manage serialization
- Chair and/or participate in various instances

To this position:
- Contract: CDI

- Salary: €6,000 per month depending on experience We are looking for a hospital pharmacist (F/H).
Degree in Hospital Pharmacist required or justifying an experience responding to Decree No. 2015-9 of January 7, 2015 relating to the conditions of exercise and replacement within PUI.
