The hospital pharmacist (F/H) exercises activities such as dispensing, reconstituting medications, and providing information to doctors, paramedical personnel, and patients at the hospital.
You will be responsible for managing: medication and medical device inventory and storage, preparation of certain medications (parenteral nutrition, centralized chemotherapy reconstitution, radiopharmaceuticals), and sterile medical devices.
Under your responsibility, you will have to dispense medications to hospitalized/ambulatory patients, dosage, blood concentration monitoring (pharmacokinetics), pharmacovigilance, and medication circuit security.
Here are the details of the offer for this position:
- Contract: CDI
- Scheduled work hours: 5 days a week (6 weeks of leave + 15 RTT)
- Software used: Pharma and Chimio from Computer Engenering
- No accommodation is offered. For our client, we are looking for a starting hospital pharmacist (F/H) to integrate a clinic within the PUI.
- Mastery of good pharmacy practices in a clinical setting
- Ability to analyze and verify medical prescriptions rigorously
- Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team with respect and diplomacy
- Organizational skills for efficient management of medication stocks
- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required for practice in PUI
