Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) in Psychiatry (Based in Le Mans)

Planning from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Possibility of working Saturday mornings at the discretion of the practitioner. Work schedule of 10 hours a day but possibility of 8 or 9 hours (salary law rist)
Possibility of making astreintes at the discretion of the pharmacist
Full-time position (possibility part-time)
Team: 4 pharmacists, 9 preparers, 1 pharmacy aide, 2 administrative assistants, 1 health manager
Working conditions:
The pharmacy is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning (one pharmacist present).
All pharmacists participate in the pharmaceutical permanence, ensured 24/7, according to a schedule established by the managing pharmacist,
On site, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm,
In the form of an operational duty outside these hours.
Software used: Cariatides (training provided on-site if needed)
Accommodation: type apartment city near Le Mans train station.
Missions:
The hospital pharmacist F/H participates in all pharmacy activities. He/she is assisted by preparers, pharmacy aides, and administrative assistants.

- Pharmaceutical analysis
- Medication conciliation
- Automated dose preparation
- Promotion of good use rules for pharmaceutical products and respect for applicable legislation
- Information to doctors and nurses on pharmaceutical products and response to their questions
- Stock management
- Sterilization control of medical devices by the CHM
- Elaboration of unit care packages and follow-up of armory visits
- Sanitary vigilance: tracking alerts, pharmacovigilance, material vigilance, reactovigilance...
- Reflection on pharmacy activity organization
- Protocol development
- Patient information system Cariatides parameterization
- Management of controlled substances
- Management of medical gases
- Analysis of undesirable events and dysfunctions in the medication circuit
- Securing the medication circuit
- Training and teaching actions
- Technical guidance to pharmacy personnel
- Welcome to pharmacy and medicine students and interns
- Training for EPSM professionals
Some of these activities are organized according to a pharmaceutical permanence schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm. The ideal candidate has solid pharmaceutical skills for a hospital pharmacist position.

- State Doctor of Pharmacy diploma required + registration with the H order
- Ability to analyze and prepare treatments for patients
