Within an elderly care facility, you will contribute to patient well-being through medical treatment management and optimization of care dispensed.
- Ensure rigorous validation of prescribed pharmaceutical treatments for residents
- Guarantee efficient coordination with medical teams to optimize care protocols
- Supervise and control medication stocks to ensure availability and compliance
- Provide specialized advice to residents and medical personnel on the safe use of medications
- Actively participate in developing and implementing personalized therapeutic projects for each patient

- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €7,500 per month The ideal candidate is an experienced hospital pharmacist with expertise in treatment validation for a dedicated elderly care facility.
- Prior experience as a hospital pharmacist appreciated
- Proven competence in treatment validation
- Excellent knowledge of medications adapted to the elderly
- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams
