Hospital Pharmacist (F/H)

The hospital pharmacist (F/H) exercises activities such as dispensing, reconstituting medications, but also providing information to doctors, paramedical personnel, and patients.
You will be responsible for managing: medication and medical device inventory and storage, preparation of certain medications (parenteral nutrition, centralized chemotherapy reconstruction, radiopharmaceuticals), and sterile medical devices.
You will have under your responsibility, dispensing to hospitalized/ambulatory patients, dosing, monitoring blood concentration (pharmacokinetics), pharmacovigilance, and securing the medication circuit.
Here are the details of the offer for this position:
- Contract: CDD 5 months
- Scheduling: Forfait days, 5 days/week (6 weeks of vacation + 15 RTT)
- Software used: Pharma and Chimio from Computer Engenering
- No accommodation is offered We are looking for a talented and dedicated hospital pharmacist (F/H) with passion for clinical pharmacy.
- Mastery of regulations related to hospital pharmacy
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team in a clinical environment
- Organizational skills to manage medication stocks efficiently
- Hold the State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma
- Keen sense of professional ethics and excellent interpersonal relationships
