You will be placed under the responsibility of the Service Chief as a Hospital Pharmacist (F/H), joining a complete team consisting of 4 full-time Hospital Pharmacists and one part-time Assistant to the CHU.

This position is available as PH, PHC Motif 2, Practitioner Attached to full-time or part-time - as soon as possible.
Fixed salary:
- PH or PHC Motif 3: €54,786 to €110,755.20 gross per year.
- PHC Motif 1: €39,396 to €67,740.25 gross per year
- PHC Motif 2: maximum €119,130 gross per year

Work schedule: Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings according to a scheduled plan.
Participation in the pharmacy's permanent care services.

Your missions:

- Participate with the team to plan activity and organize work and modalities of interface with other services.
- Manage health products
- Participate with the pharmacy team in organizing supply, storage, stock management, and validation of medication dispensing and DMS.
- Ensure traceability of different pharmacy circuits
- Organize management of special status products (narcotics, AAC, DMI...)
- Handle sanitary alerts (lot withdrawals and returns).
- Master pharmaceutical expenses (negotiation of purchases and optimization of consumption-stock management and logistics)
- Participate in collecting mandatory indicators (CAQES)
- Participate in preparing the certification for the DE (State Diploma) in pharmacy or hospital pharmacy, or with 2 years of experience in PUI according to the 2017 decree.
You are registered in Section H at the National Council of the Order of Pharmacists.

A sterilization experience would be appreciated; the candidate will have the opportunity to register for a DU in sterilization upon taking up the position if needed.
