Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) (Based in Olivet)

In a rehabilitation setting, you will ensure the management and follow-up of medication treatments for patients.
- Ensure the validation and constitution of therapeutic protocols in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Manage the procurement of medications and ensure optimal use of pharmaceutical resources at the establishment
- Monitor compliance with regulations governing the dispensing of pharmaceutical products and medical devices
- Actively participate in patient education to improve their understanding and adherence to treatments
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of internal policies for managing medications and patient safety
Here are the conditions proposed for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €75 per hour The ideal candidate will be a rigorous Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) capable of validating patient treatments.
- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required
- First experience in a hospital setting desired
- Solid skills in clinical pharmacology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
