As a healthcare professional, you will participate in the management and coordination of medical treatments within a home care service - Ensure the validation of prescribed treatments to guarantee their relevance and safety - Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize the therapeutic pathway of patients - Ensure compliance with care protocols and their rigorous application - Participate in the development of practical recommendations and protocols for medications - Provide advice to patients and their families regarding medication use and management of side effects The proposal from our client for this position is as follows: - Contract: CDD - Duration: 6 months - Salary: 70 euros/hour
