Integrated within a rehabilitation center, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing pharmaceutical activities to ensure high-quality medical care.

- Supervise the procurement and management of medication stocks to ensure their availability and proper conservation
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to adapt medicinal treatments according to patient needs
- Ensure the follow-up and evaluation of medical prescriptions to guarantee conformity with therapeutic standards
- Develop and implement safety protocols for medication distribution within the establishment
- Participate in research projects and continuing education initiatives to promote innovation and excellence in pharmaceutical care.

The replacement period and conditions are as follows :

- From May 4th to June 5th, 2026

Conditions :

- Remuneration: €600 net per day
- 1 A/R taken care of
- Accommodation provided near the establishment
- Software: Hospital Manager and Cliwin
Team: 3 PPH, 2 present during the summer

Capacity and conditions for accommodating adults and children :

- 57 beds in complete hospitalization.
- 10 day hospital places.

You must be registered with the Order of Pharmacists section H for this replacement. We are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist to join our rehabilitation center, without experience required, but with essential specific skills.

- You possess the State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma
- You demonstrate organizational and stock management skills for pharmaceutical products
- You have an ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams
- You stand out for your rigor and precision in executing tasks
- You consistently manifest a desire to improve your professional knowledge and regulatory compliance
