In an elderly care facility, the role involves ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical treatments for patients - Ensure analysis and validation of medical prescriptions in collaboration with the healthcare team - Participate in developing and implementing therapeutic protocols adapted to residents' needs - Supervise inventory management and procurement of medications and medical devices, guaranteeing traceability and compliance
And here are the terms of the offer:
- Contract: Vacation
- Duration: 2/months
- Salary: €80/hour We are looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) for a geriatric establishment.
- Mastery of treatment validation and medical protocol follow-up
- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required
- Prior experience in hospital pharmacy appreciated
- Excellent communication skills and analytical ability
