In a hospital environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the rigorous management of pharmaceutical and clinical activities.
- Supervise the procurement and inventory management of medications
- Ensure the security and optimization of the medication circuit
- Collaborate with medical personnel to evaluate and adjust prescriptions
- Conduct pharmacy clinical activities focused on patient follow-up
- Train and inform staff on medication care protocols
Here are the proposed conditions for this position :
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €48.57 per hour We are looking for a hospital pharmacist with initial experience in clinical pharmacy and securing the medication circuit.
- Mastery of medication circuit security processes
- Proven skills in clinical pharmacy within a hospital setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent inventory management and anticipation of needs
- State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required
