Within a clinic, you contribute to the continuity of care by supervising the application and validation of medication treatments for patients
- Ensure daily validation of medical prescriptions according to established protocols
- Collaborate closely with the medical team to optimize individualized patient treatment plans
- Guarantee the safety and effectiveness of treatments by conducting a rigorous analysis of prescriptions
- Manage inventory and secure storage of medications within the establishment
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to improve pharmaceutical practices and patient care
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: €70 per hour We are looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) to ensure treatment validation within a renowned clinic.
- State Doctor of Pharmacy diploma required
- Prior experience in a hospital setting essential
- Excellent analytical and precision skills
- Proven communication skills across disciplines
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage stress
