Female/Male Hospital Pharmacist (Full-time or Part-time) Based in Le Mans

THE JOB
Hospital Pharmacy activities focused on:
- Clinical Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Medication Reconciliation).
- Feeding therapeutic bases (Medication Choice, Pharmaceutical Markets, and DMS-Central Reference for Commercial Offer Management + EDI).
- Securing medication management.
Pharmaceutical Projects:
- Deployment of Data Matrix Reading – Serialization, PDA in PUI (PDA in SDS since 2005).
- No production/Control Production activities (Chemotherapy, Radio Pharmacy, Water Quality,…). Some activities are subcontracted (Conventions with Le Mans Hospital) under the ARS umbrella (Sterilization, Preparations,…).
- No pharmaceutical obligations.
- A dynamic and motivated team works within this PUI. Weekly service meeting.
- High-quality communication exists with management and nursing teams.
Remuneration according to FEHAP convention + 100% seniority reprise VOTRE PROFIL
- Required diploma: holders of the DES in PHARMACY, Option Hospital Pharmacy, and registration with the H Order
- Expected soft skills: listening, communication, rigor, adaptability, and sense of service.
YOUR WORK CONDITIONS
- Work from Monday to Friday during the day
- Managerial status
- Bonuses, annual bonuses
- 25 CP + 15 RTT for a full-time position
